Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us at the email addresses above to apply the return or exchange service, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:
  • Returns must be applied for within 30 days of your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition. Products with scratches or other damage will not be returned.
  • If the return is due to our mistakes (such as damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost, there is also no 15% restocking fee.
Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned. (For example, our MMB Box products come with a packaging box, two sets of cables, an instructional manual, and the actual device.)

All returns are inspected upon receipt. The inspection process is expected to take 2-5 working days. After we receive your return and have completed our inspection, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be returned to your payment account within 2 business days after the inspection has been completed. If your return does not pass our return inspection, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee or you may not qualify for a refund at all.

Returned products that don't qualify for a refund will be recycled and cannot be returned to you.

*For international orders(Countries other than the U.S.), you are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us as we do not have the capacity to generate international return labels.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed and returned to the card used at the purchase.

  • Our items may not ship from the same warehouse depending on your country of residence.
  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carplaymmb.com
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the consumer receives damaged or incorrect goods), you will not be required to pay shipping and restocking fees.
  • (According to the 12-Month Warranty policy, if there is any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you. If the item exchange cannot resolve the problem, we will propose the return to arrange a refund.

- If it is proven to be the item's problem or our cause, we will offer a 100% refund of the item after receiving the returned item;
- If 12 months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.)

  • If the product can not work with your car which is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
  • We will deduct 15% restocking in useable condition, missing parts, and no refund if the product is damaged or lost for reasons NOT due to our fault.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail or message of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • More than 30 days after the delivery date is not eligible for a refund under the terms of our program.(Unless the product has a quality problem within the warranty period)

Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center within 24 hours of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Special Notes:

  1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). please send attachments to: support@carplaymmb.com
  2. After CarPlayMMB has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty,the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example, if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, CarPlayMMB will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. The client is responsible for the round trip shipping fee and 15% restocking fee of the product value If our technical team determines the item is not due to our fault. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
  3. Product returns must be via one of CarPlayMMB approved shipping methods.
