Shipping

New Update:

Beginning from 2021 April, we have set up shipping warehouses in USA and Europe. We will ship all shipments using theses stock as default. If there are no stock left at these warehouses, we will ship from Hong Kong globally with DHL or FedEx express.

We offer global express international shipping via FedEx, DHL and UPS. If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance! 

Shipping Procedure (4-7 days)

Once you have placed an order, it will take 0-2 days to process your funds depending on which payment option you have chosen.

0-2 days
Once the funds have been cleared, we will ship all shipments from Hong Kong and your tracking number will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days.

2-5 days
Package will arrive at your customs and will require some time for customs clearance. Customs clearance time will heavily depend on which country you are located at. 

5-7 days
Package will then be delivered to you via local office by the company chosen for your shipment. 

Import Tax

Product pricing do not include import tax. To avoid any shipping delay, please make any due payments to your customs as soon as possible. 

Delay

We are not responsbile for any unforeseen delay including, but not limited to, not enough shipping flights, too many package demands, shipping courier warehouse is full. We make sure to avoid using any shipping courier that is known to have a temporary shipping delay when shipping a package.
